AN ENDLESS WAIT

An endless wait is what keeps me awake,
A wait to infinity,
to something known yet unknown,
It’s definitely an endless wait.

Something I never chose,
and never wanted, Seems to be coming my way now,
Why is it so? An endless wait to something known yet so unknown?

Been through the various highs and lows,
Yet never felt so low.
Felt everything is just there,
but infact just seems to be falling apart..

Can someone help mend my heart?
Standing at the crossroads of life,
Figuring out which way seems to be right?
All I can see is an endless road,
which seems known yet unknown.

The fear and uncertainty seem to be setting in,
And I don’t quite know how to let them go?
I try hard yet the fear looms,
It’s the fear of the known yet unknown.
Seeking solace and shelter,
No longer do I want to run helter skelter.

Need to rest after staying abreast for the rest
It’s the need to stay connected yet alone.

Put on a smile for long,
and pleased everyone along,
My heart cried yet I tried to smile,
But now no more,
because I simply cant take it any more!

My heart cries out to you God,
Please don’t do this anymore,
We all need love and now need at this time all the more….
